Pros - Great map, instant directions and drive time. Shows price history most of the time. Easy to navigate. Shows you more homes that you might be interested in towards the bottom of the page. Cons - behind other websites(Zillow, Realtor, Redfin, etc...) slow to show pricing changes or if the house is pending or sold. Can't change my alerts to remove stuff I am not interested in. I go to several real estate websites to get all the additional information available but Trulia is my go to.

Terrible looking for houses to buy not rent, and it won't let you turn off the rent feature Don't even know how it keeps sending me information about rentals I don't want to rent!!!!!!!!! So hopefully every realtor out there that I talk to will know that Trulia will only show you rentals and won't allow you to look for sale homes so why would you want to list yours for sale property on Trulia go to Zillow instead. Or truly it could be smart and get rid of that feature or not force it on you

App just plain don't work. For sale listing type: want all but coming soon -> selected 1st 4 & trying to turn off coming soon gets error message at least one listing type must be selected. Search with all 5 selected gets no results.

Searching and Trulia actually saving your search parameters properly NEVER happens. I can't just go into a search to see what's new without telling it no condos, no multifamily.... and the size lot we need, but I have to RESET IT EVERY TIME I WANT TO LOOK, THEN SAVE IT RESULTING IN MULTIPLE SAVES EXACTLY THE SAME.

June 2026 update lost my history. Do better! The latest update broke notifications and alerts. I get alerts on my phone but the last alerts in the app are from 8/23
