My spouse and I have lived in the Ventura College area for 10 years, therefore, we personally have seen many of the housing changes the neighborhood has gone through. Sofi of Ventura is a very positive change for Ventura, California. It is so positive that we decided to make Sofi of Ventura our home! We can honestly say that we did our house hunting homework because, we visited many apartment home complexes throughout the 10 years and up to the present. Sofi of Ventura exceeds resident expectations 100 plus percent. If there are any type of issues, the office personnel is on it right away. From the very first time we walked in the door, we were greeted by Jasmine, who we observed has such a warm and accepting personality for people. My career background is communications, and I felt her to be a genuine person. When you live in a community that values and respects their tenants, the entire business flourishes. Every person on staff we have been in contact with: Jasmine, Bianca, Gabriel and many others strive daily to make sure their tenants are happy. They even take the time to say hello and ask us to let them know if we need anything, even if they are passing by busily. The company and staff are open to any questions you may have and have honest answers for prospective tenants. When ever we call, text, or just come by the office, someone is always available to assist. The office team is educated, articulate and professional.

I have been living at estates on main for several years now. It has been mostly a quiet and peaceful place to live. The staff are very nice and accommodating. Although they have a small maintenance crew I have never had a problem getting anything I need fixed in a timely manner. Their professionalism is A no.1 from all staff members all the time.

You can't search by name and location together. If I find an apartment I'm interested in I want to look to see how it's rated. I put the name in, and it lists similar apartment names from across the country. No help. I'll uninstall and stick with the website.

Reason for the 2 stars is because when you compare it to the site. This app sucks and has barely any features. Can't save, search only yields 4 results when the website yields like 30?! This app for their site is pure garbage!!!

Do Not Use This App or Website! Landlords & Property Managers use it to threaten, bully & evict tenants who tell the truth (negative reviews)!!!
