I don't understand. It simply doesn't load in the app or via website. Get it together, Pet Nexus! This app is pretty useless if we can't access our vet/pet portal!

Great on the web, but the app keeps kicking me out. I get an error about sign-in expiration immediately after logging in and landing on my dashboard. Pet Nexus is really convenient as an appointment and record-keeping tool for my pets, so I wish the app worked!

POOR: Neither the app nor website will log in. On the app it took 10 minutes to finally load my account but the minute it loaded, a Session Expired error message appears. The website also will not open after I log in. It thinks for several minutes then gives a 504 Gateway Time-out error message. I've tried multiple web browsers, checked for updates and have uninstalled and then reinstalled the app several times. Nothing works. It worked fine yesterday, so it is not a problem with my login info.

Log into the app and it immediately times out. Try the website and it never fully loads.
