App crashes once a month and will only work once reinstalled. Also crashes when requesting refunds.

This app worked well the first few weeks, but it now crashes whenever I open it. It's been that way for a couple of weeks, and they still haven't fixed it. The leads have been okay, but this has me questioning whether I will renew my agreement when the term expires EDIT: Months later and it's still terrible. Always crashing.

This app is worse than your leads. Can you take it off seizure mode for us? Here's a suggestion, take some of the free money you're making from those overpriced forms you make people fill out and invest it in your app. Come guys....
