The food is always fantastic, and the employees are always friendly. I've never had an issue with anything. We get costa at least once a week, and im never disappointed. Ill keep coming back!!!

This app is awful ever since they changed to letting spend go take over a year or two ago. It used to work flawlessly, and now it randomly logs you out and not let you log back in. The update also made me create a new account because it said my phone number didn't have an account but then wouldn't let me associate MY phone number to a new account because that number had one already. Which is it? If I try to scan point from the receipt it tells me they are already claimed. The app just pain sucks.

Good idea, but pretty bad execution. If you forget to give the cashier your number it's impossible to actually scan your receipt to get points (even though it says you can), and the app is hard to navigate

App won't let me add points to an order from 1 hr ago. Says it can't find receipt. Why bother having a Rewards system.
