NO WAY TO CUSTOMIZE YOUR ORDER OR MAKE A REQUEST! Usually want black beans on my salad, but they dump so much of the bean liquid in, salad gets really soggy. So, switched to refried beans & that helped somewhat. It seems they don't have good salad spinners. The salads are STILL soggy from the lettuce being too wet. Happens at EVERY location. If I'm not ordering in person, I will get a soggy salad, regardless. Skip the stupid app, just go in person, or go to Café Rio, tho CV has better tortillas.

This app is awful ever since they changed to letting spend go take over a year or two ago. It used to work flawlessly, and now it randomly logs you out and not let you log back in. The update also made me create a new account because it said my phone number didn't have an account but then wouldn't let me associate MY phone number to a new account because that number had one already. Which is it? If I try to scan point from the receipt it tells me they are already claimed. The app just pain sucks.

Ever since it updated last it won't even show my Costa Vida location, so I can't ever use the app because I can't order without putting the store location in but then it won't bring it up. It's freaking annoying because it's handy when it works. But it doesn't work how do it not see its own store 😑 update 9/25/25 it still sucks barely works half the time

App won't let me add points to an order from 1 hr ago. Says it can't find receipt. Why bother having a Rewards system.
