If you haven't try ordering it online, then your out of luck. There are an important way to decide on what to buy at Cousins Subs. Think before you look at the Coupons and see if it's available from the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. I always look before you order, and you can scan from your Mobile App and Google Play Store. For example, it's not my first time doing this, and I'll have to be very careful and keep your eyes on your surroundings. Use common sense and you'll be okay. Think again. Bye.

Subs are amazing... I have always loved Cousins Subs. However, this visit was simply atrocious. Each member of our family got a free sub coupon for Christmas. Went to go use them and the cashier said only one coupon per order per visit. We were like, ok, then these will all be separate orders. She said since she saw us come in together she couldn't honor it. It literally doesn't say anywhere on the coupon only one per order per visit...literally no fine print saying that anywhere. Disappointing

Took a very long time to get order taken, then took even longer to get order filled to table and once received the mac and cheese was terrible, complained replaced with cheesey broccoli soup not much better. Cheese curds were great! Wi cheese steak was good too!

How can I have 193 points, redeem 125 points for a free sub, and end up with 78 points ?! So, I only got 10 points for the second sub I purchased ? Wow, I guess I buy a lot of subs if we only get 10 points per sub ! The girl that took my order was just unpleasant at the st. francis location. Barely got a hello, and no, thank you ! Name on receipt was Tianna t. she shouldn't be dealing with customers, or learn how to be courteous !

Worst app ever. I tried to log in with my email. It didn't recognize my password. It never sent an email link to change it after it said it would. Tried to enter as guest. I double-checked my email after I entered the 4-person order, and it made me start all over again. I tried to set up a new account with my work email. It wouldn't let me because my phone number is tied to a different account. So I'm going to Subway. Ohh by the way I still haven't gotten a reset password email.
