Subs are amazing... I have always loved Cousins Subs. However, this visit was simply atrocious. Each member of our family got a free sub coupon for Christmas. Went to go use them and the cashier said only one coupon per order per visit. We were like, ok, then these will all be separate orders. She said since she saw us come in together she couldn't honor it. It literally doesn't say anywhere on the coupon only one per order per visit...literally no fine print saying that anywhere. Disappointing

Don't use it. I've been screwed to many times. They send you deals in an email saying that they added $5 off your next order over $15 that's been added to your account. When you order and scan the QR code it doesn't show up. Cousins is scamming people. I removed the app and will never go back. I've been a customer for about 40 years, and I'm done for good.

How can I have 193 points, redeem 125 points for a free sub, and end up with 78 points ?! So, I only got 10 points for the second sub I purchased ? Wow, I guess I buy a lot of subs if we only get 10 points per sub ! The girl that took my order was just unpleasant at the st. francis location. Barely got a hello, and no, thank you ! Name on receipt was Tianna t. she shouldn't be dealing with customers, or learn how to be courteous !

Took a very long time to get order taken, then took even longer to get order filled to table and once received the mac and cheese was terrible, complained replaced with cheesey broccoli soup not much better. Cheese curds were great! Wi cheese steak was good too!
