Covenant Connect was created and designed to improve communication for our professional truck driver’s experience. We have now added our shop and warehouse employees to this application to further reach our co-workers and provide a single source of company related resources. A collaborative effort within Covenant has led to a multitude of features for our Professional Drivers (such as: safety measures, load information, load assignment confirmations, document scanning, instant messaging, company communications and much more!) and to our Shop and Warehouse employees (such as: company communications, job openings, training videos, HR documents, and much more!).

This has been a new experience thanks to this company I am now a professional commercial truck driver I am also a professional chef starting this new career. Everything seems to work fine at times, but sometimes I don't get my new load on the app but my coworker does, and he has a 100 dollar phone and mine is pretty pricey, so that's not the issue. Also, I have to Uninstall and reinstall because it won't let me read or write a message to my fleet team and I have to do this daily. Hope they can fix this issue because it's a pain in the ass!

For a couple of weeks now it keeps throwing up a registration error it will not allow me to fix, requiring me to Uninstall, reinstall, log in and start all over again. It's really annoying when you're trying to get things done through the app!
