Overall the app isn't terrible. I do however, get locked out from the banking. No idea why it happens. Other than that, I have no complaints. The Pawcatuck branch has very friendly staff. I'm highly impressed with all the employees that I've encountered!

Refuses to use biometric fingerprint log-in. Been trying for weeks to get it to simply log in with fingerprint again.

Awful banking app. Crashing constantly gets stuck at the loading screen when logging in. You guys really need to get your act together core plus. 1 out of 10 FOR SURE

Was working fine. Now crashes and can't even open the app. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, nothing helps. I wish it was like before the recent update. Now I can only log on through the website. So frustrating!!
