Good service plus the early call discount is nice.....first of all you need to know how all lead service companies work....yes I know some leads no one calls back....but I will get 2 leads in a row where I sold job....also every job won is another customer base for repeat work and referrals.....I did a bedroom from craft jack lead and got a referral from job that was a big interior job which I got.....you need to understand how online leads work....some you get some you don't.....I paid $300 for leads that gave me $2300 in work...plus more repeat work in future from customers plus the referrals I get from them....

Bad contact information for leads. Wrong numbers to people who are not associated with the lead. Bad customer service. So-called account manager megan and jamie lie about contacting me to resolve the issue of bad leads

Once I signed up I had several leads and all were bad. Most never knew why anyone would call. I paused my account and reason was dissatisfied and then started calling two times a day for three weeks and not one return calls. They seem to pull leads from sites that do not tell client Thier information is going to be sold. I found the service to be extremely poor and leads are misleading. No clients even know who craft jack is and never wanted a call or is a bad number. Only one person answered.
