Love the app BUT I shouldn't have to turn closed captioning on each time I open app. It should just stay on because I've enabled it.

The content is good, but the sheer amount of ads you have to go through to watch a movie or show is ridiculous. For example, a singular movie can have 10 ad breaks with 3–4 ads each time. Increasing a viewing time by 20-30 minutes at least.

You need a setting so you can pick the language that the movie that come up to watch. When the family sits down to pick a movie there's nothing more frustrating than finding one we all agree on, and it only broadcasts in French. We're at the point we avoid Crave for family movies. We are trying to support CANADA by having Crave and getting rid of american services.... but you're making it very hard

The absolute worst streaming platform out there it doesn't matter if you're using the app or watching it on the TV. they will take shows down overnight without notice that they're going to be removing it, and it happened to me twice...mid-watch. I've already canceled crave once because their platform is horrible. Just spend the extra $2 and get Netflix... I only got sucked into this through Bell. If the product's cheap, you are the product... they're predatory.
