Thank you for fixing the issues of the loud commercials! I love that we can get HBO media here via Crave but have we gone back to the 1950s for the loudness of commercials??? Holy Christ it's ridiculous that some commercials come in extremely loud, loud enough to hurt our ears. This has regulations for traditional media, why can't you follow that rules as well and save all our ears. This isn't normal. And yes I know you can pay for no ads but don't use that as an excuse. This shouldn't happen.

16 commercials, no video --- I believe the captions can be better. They are almost done. I would like to see them reviewed regularly for accuracy, omissions and completion. There could be built-in error reporting. I also think lower resolutions should be available, currently 540p is the minimum, but there is no reason it couldn't be 360. However, overall the application functions quite well for what it is, a video streaming library, I do not experience any significant buffering, delays or skips.

The content is good, but the sheer amount of ads you have to go through to watch a movie or show is ridiculous. For example, a singular movie can have 10 ad breaks with 3–4 ads each time. Increasing a viewing time by 20-30 minutes at least.

Trash. Got crave to watch Spider-Man then they moved the movie to pay per watch. Greedy

Terrible streaming app that is just an ad shilling service. Instead of playing where you've left off in a show/movie the algo forces playback to one second before ads play. So even if you've just paused then hit play again you're forced to watch 4 ads, the show will play for one second, and then you're forced to watch another 4 ads for a total of close to 5 minutes of ads. This occurs every time you hit play. Embarrassing streaming app that I would never recommend to anyone.
