Crawford2U

Crawford Market has stocked Mumbai since 1869.

Imported chocolates and cheese. Perfumes you won't find elsewhere in the
city. Dry fruits, spices, exotic fruit, stationery, bags, décor — goods
gathered from around the world and from down the road, sold at market
prices for over 150 years.

Crawford2U brings that market to your door. Same market. New way.

WHAT'S ON THE APP

Our catalogue is a growing selection of what the market carries:

• Fragrances — perfumes and eau de parfum
• Imported confectionery — chocolates and gift boxes
• Dry fruits, nuts and spices
• Kids' essentials — lunch boxes, bottles, backpacks, stationery, toys
• Home & living — décor, storage and everyday household goods
• Home & office — stationery and desk essentials

New products are added regularly, so it is worth checking back.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Browse or search the catalogue
2. Add what you need to your cart
3. Save your delivery address — drop a pin on the map or type it in
4. Pay by UPI, card or netbanking, or choose cash on delivery
5. Track your order from dispatch to your door

WE SELL DIRECTLY

Crawford2U is not a marketplace. There are no third-party sellers here —
every item is stocked and sold by us, so if something is wrong with an
order, it is ours to put right.

PAY HOW YOU LIKE

Cash on delivery on eligible orders and addresses, or pay online by UPI,
card or netbanking. Online payments run through a PCI-DSS compliant
gateway — we never see or store your card number or UPI PIN.

RETURNS

Non-FMCG items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in
their original packaging. Perfumes, cosmetics and food items cannot be
returned, for hygiene and expiry reasons. Anything damaged, wrong or
expired on arrival is refunded or replaced in full, at our cost.

YOUR PRIVACY

No ads. No analytics. No tracking. The app asks for one permission —
location — and only while it is open, so it can centre the map when you
add a delivery address. Decline it and type the address instead; nothing
else changes. Full policy at crawford2u.in/privacy

DELIVERY

We deliver to selected areas in Mumbai. Any delivery charge is shown at
checkout before you pay.
