Creatine & Supplement Tracker

StackLab is a supplement tracker that runs structured A/B tests on your own body, so you stop guessing whether your stack does anything for you. You get your own evidence instead of one more influencer opinion.

HOW IT WORKS
Pick a test (or build your own), then alternate between two conditions across your workouts: with pre-workout vs without, morning creatine vs evening, fed vs fasted. After each session you rate four things in about five seconds: strength, energy, pump, and focus. Once you have enough sessions, StackLab runs the numbers and gives you a verdict, including "no measurable difference" when that is the honest answer.

It doubles as a creatine tracker and a vitamin tracker for the days you are not testing anything. Log each dose in a tap, keep your whole stack in one supplement log, and see what you actually took and when.

BUILT ON YOUR OWN DATA
Connect Health Connect and StackLab auto-imports your workouts, sleep, and resting heart rate. It flags sessions where bad sleep or an off day could have skewed the result, so you can tell a real effect from noise. Think of it as biohacking with a control condition.
