To enroll, visit www.haveanicebank.com and click on First Time Users under the Personal Banking Login area. Download and launch the app, sign in with your Online Banking access ID and password.

Constantly crashes, works correctly 30% of the time. Ive been locked out several times for no reason. Once it locks you out, your entire online account is locked. You have to call and sit on hold to get that resolved. God I hate this bank. If it wasn't such a headache to change I would have been gone.
