I like the new mirroring approach, but this app settings notification that won't go away has got to go!

The new update puts a constant notification on my Samsung 5 which returns after ending the process. Notification leads to advanced settings, that don't allow you to save a domain or IP address. However, if you do a long press on the pop-up, and select (i) you can then stop all notifications and then the app functions nominally as expected.

Unfortunately you cannot write a review without giving at least one star, which is one star more than this app deserves. Air media, on other platforms, performs perfectly adequately. It isn't flashy, but it is reliable. This app doesn't even get to adequate. The best you can say about it is that it starts up. That's it. It doesn't detect the Air media receiver, it doesn't connect to the Air media receiver if you give it the Url. I can't test anything else because it fails this first step.

Audio controls are really nule. If you are in a PC the audio volume control on the Pc will be useless, not only useless but if you touch it, it will stop sending the audio to the Creston device and turn it on the pc. If you are in your phone with the app, forget about it, it won't even send any audio to the Creston. Cero audio. Nada. Last update to the app was more than a year ago. What lack of interest in keeping their tech and apps up to date.

Useless as others have said. Can't connect to an am-300 and the app puts a notification on your phone you can't get rid of unless you uninstall it.
