Cricket is good, but one default the person not moving staying in one place. My suggestion is please keep one drag to move the person.massions not working

Today marks my 7th day playing the game. On the first day, I was able to access missions, the leaderboard, and XP rewards without any issues. However, since then, I have not received any mission points or XP gifts, and the progress appears to be stuck. I already submitted feedback regarding this issue but have not received any response so far.
