Just used for first time - very handy! First bus came earlier than predicted and bus for return trip came within 20 mins! The only small problem I had is that that on the way back the app seemed to suggest I was booking for 2 people (which is what I wanted), but it turned out I had only booked for one. Either way, the icon for number of passengers is very small and easily missed. That aside, would happily use it again!

I thoroughly enjoyed using Go2 services when visiting Seven oaks on Business. I struggle to walk up the hill from the station to the town center and the ability to book the bus on the train in, and it is there within a few mins of my arrival, regardless of which train I get in, is fantastic. My only complaint is that around 17:00 sometimes all I get is "we're experience high demand" and I can't book - but that comes down to the amount of buses available. Overall a solid experience.

Painful to use the app, need to book a ride for later to get into town for an appointment. There is an option for pre-booking a ride, but it doesn't actually let you or give you an option to do so, only shows what is available at that very moment. Not helpful if you need to pre-plan ahead even by a few hours 🫣. What do we do if there is nothing available when we need to book a ride? Please implement a way to pre-book a journey.
