Description
Crowdsorsa is a mobile game for crowdsourcing data collection and microtasks to improve the city environment. Players can earn money and compete against each other by participating in our fun and meaningful missions. The game is played by collecting or placing virtual objects on the map while taking photos or videos with your smartphone. Each object grows your earnings which you can request to be paid to your bank account whenever you want. Missions are organized only at certain times and in specific locations, to serve our clients’ needs and requirements. Players can, for example, photograph benches, bus stops and manhole covers, record videos of roads and cycling routes, or search and destroy invasive plants in their area. You will be instructed to each mission in the Crowdsorsa app. Following these instructions is very important to ensure that your photos and videos can be approved and rewarded to you. In case you need any help, you can easily contact us through the app. To create a Crowdsorsa user account and participate in the game, you need to be at least 18 years old or 13–17 years old with parental consent.

Works well on my phone. I was taking part in a mission that required mounting a phone on the handlebar. I had more trouble aiming the camera just right and still see anything at all on screen than actually using the app. I was unsure at first how to do recording and uploading, but it was obvious enough after the mission had actually started.

I am revising my rating to 4. Support was great and fast. Issue was with notification permission had to be enabled. Again objective with app is great to help people engage in helping address issues like rooting out invasive plants in Sweden. 2025-05-20 Not getting very far. Registered and after 15 seconds app crashes. Not able to get past the initial tutorial. Concept of app is great by encouraging activism BUT app needs to work. Please fix. Once it runs I will change my rating. Thanks

Wasted hours of labor just for them to reject all my rewards, not even reduce the reward just completely reject it. Complete waste of time and energy. The map is also not that accurate.

Tutorial is broken: text and yellow next button are partially or entirely outside the screen. Tips 1 and 2 show it partially, 3rd is okay and 4th is not visible / tappable at all.
