Still a lot of room for improvements. I think it's way better if we can put our own workout program in this app. Just like the other work out app like Hevy.

Terrible app. Very frustrating Lost all my workout/visit data Slow and inconvenient to switch from different locations Slow to show class timetable Unable to sign guest in Can't see all class booking in 1 spot. I visit 3 gyms, that means checking 3 different calendars Repeatedly ask to agree to T&C Issue a QR code for classes but no readers Staff unsure how to use App causes more frustration that convenience like they are deteriorating members not to use their services.

Why do I need to sign a new contract to enter my gym? I already have a contract of membership, yet the app first requests a phone number - I input my registered phone number, and get stuck at the next step of signing a contract. I will not sign a contract, whether it's a repeat of the contract I've already signed or a new agreement, so I guess I'm stuck jumping the gate or getting the staff to let me in until the app is fixed. Get a grip Crunch, there's no positivity here in the reviews. Fix it

I use crunch as part of fitness passport and there seems to be no way to use fitness passport in the app, but I also can't scan into the gym using fitness passport 😟
