All I wanted was a fitness plan. This is an overall wellness app, but I gave it a whirl. I have many reasons for wanting to exercise, and the "getting to know you" questions they asked requiring a singular answers gave me anxiety as I tried to answer them. Once I got into the app, I was confused and overwhelmed by how to use it. There are videos unrelated to fitness you are required to watch before you can proceed. You can't just use the fitness part. I uninstalled it almost immediately.

Honestly, I was hoping that it would be good! But you can't add what food you've eaten or what workouts you've done in a way that might show more of your progress and where you started. It's JUST A JOURNAL APP THAT HAS VIDEOS ABOUT HOW THE BRAIN WORKS, which was frustrating because I don't eat enough, and I want to make sure I do again. If you need flowery language for motivation and just need to journal, this is for you.
