Total rubbish. Nothing but group chat pop-ups from the other members who joined and very little to no help, support or advice, either in the group or one to one, from anyone who runs this.

I advised before this started I would not be participating as I was in Spain until mid-April. I do not do anything online and did not request weigh scales etc. I have not sent you any information about myself. Why do you keep contacting me?

This could be an excellent course but however it turns out rather than being the best for us what it says it did not deliver we were left on our own with no support not being able to navigate on the website no one to answer our questions. It could be an excellent idea but fall short. Need more or better planning
