I'm vegan and diabetic I found it extremely limited on recipes which also showed no nutritional information apart from serving size. I couldn't use this as guidance to make my own meals as again there is no guidance. Extremely disappointed and wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Only on my first week of a 9-month plan, thanks, NHS. But I am already losing my will to live. Nothing to do with the diet plan at all. Second Nature sent out Bluetooth digital scales for connecting to the app, at first no problems. Day 2 of the plan, fitbit/step syncing stops. Day 3 sleep syncing & weight stops Tried every possible angle to get up a running again. Group coach sent a message in which she asked a question, I answered then it took her 3 days to respond. Rubbish

The syncing to FIT watch not work, which is a major part of what 'sold' this ap to me. I am not remotely technical or e savvy. Even writing this is in a stupid box you can't get back to see what you have written or check it.
