It's good to know how the members are getting on here. My blood test came up normal 2 months ago. I sometimes have bitter gourd or okra for my dinner which are both good for lowering the sugar in my system. 1 tomato 1 onion 3 cloves of garlic 3 eggs 2 bitter gourds Chopped the tomato, onions, andgarlic. Beat the eggs on a bowl Slice the bitter gourd into small pieces. Fry the onions in olive oil, then, garlic, then onion. Add the bitter gourd. 3 tbsp of fish sauce. Eggs Steam it for 15 minutes.

What a journey the last nine months. Lost nearly three stone and had a blood test after three months on the program and my blood sugars were normal. If I wasn't retired and go on quite a few holidays I probably would have lost more. Second Nature has change my life and taught so much about food and health. I can't praise Second Nature enough would recommend anyone with diabetes type two to be referred to them by the NHS. Although my course has ended it has put me on the right track.

App not loading or syncing with Google fit. No articles after first day. So the health service paying for a system that doesn't work. Also notice many other people having problems with the app and the owners don't even respond. Is the program any good? Nothing to say it is. I've had more info from the nurse in 2 minutes than I've got from this so far.

Absolutely useless app, 1-2-1 coach was on holiday at least 4 time during the 12-week program and hardly posted when there wasn't on holiday. I Feel sorry for anyone else that tries to use this service. I feel let down. I forgot got to upload my weight and was hound by phone calls to do so. Was even promised a 121 call as I was struggling to be active as I am living with a long-term spinal issue. This call never happened
