Good I loved listening to amanda.s voice it was very relaxing has well and I felt has tho it’s starting right away for me has I have got underactive thyroid and I find it very hard to lose weight with this but I'm new to this app and I'm going to be listening to part 1 for 3 weeks to keep me motivated and active the goal. i.ve tried so many diets and nothing has worked. For me if this app works I even tell my boyfriend he is great with me and tells me to take it slowly... happy so Far thanks so much....☺☺

Would give no stars if possible. First time here and can't go to first session without play points and watching ads. Defeats the purpose of this app, frustrated and feeling like munching! Deleted app. Useless!

Cannot swipe page but when go in via menu keep being distracted by vety lould advertising can you not keep adds at either start or end of session

Can't even install this app. It has been saying install is pending for the last 45 mins. This doe ant give me a good feeling about how the app will work if it ever installs. Disappointed customer.
