I upgraded to paid version. I usually fall asleep with in 5 minutes and listen to it 2 times (option in settings) with hypnotic booster. Not certain how it works scientifically, but it seems to curb cravings without an internal battle.

I have been using this for just over a week & I absolutely love it. It's easy to listen to, very calming & I really feel like it's having an effect. The quality of the food I've eaten has dramatically changed. I even seem to notice when im full & stop eating. I have even tried the odd 'binge' but it genuinely felt wrong & unnecessary. I carried a portion of chips the other day for my kids & didn't eat any - that's a miracle! Really impressed.

App free but paid, if not paid annoying very long advertising info you need to listen each time before (can't be skipped without premium). You can't choose different background music without premium. The text used in the hypnotherapy is limited to overweight people mainly. Each version of this app is paid separately 😅

Worked great the first time using it! But in order to change literally anything the 2nd time, you have to pay $5. I like to listen while I sleep, and I have 2 hrs to sleep and don't want to wake up in 30 min. Why would I pay $5 if I can't even test it out more than once?

This company has many apps. Several of these are defaulted to "awake" upon ending. If you don't want you to have to pay. I'm not paying for an app I may not like.
