I have trouble getting to sleep but once I am asleep I can't wake up. For the last 10 days each night for 7 days I have used this app and I have not got to the end of the meditation before I am asleep. For the other nights I tried to make myself sleep it is currently 5.30am and I wide awake. This app really works even if you don't feel sleepy. Best app or meditation I have used in the last 3 years. When I use this app I also find I wake up easier and feel a lot more refreshed, and I find it is helpful with my anxiety.

Ummm...is this the app that used to be Avit's? The one he created and used his voice? Of so, why on earth change a good thing? Bring back Avit's meditation. I couldn't get through 10 seconds of this. Wow. This is disappointing. That simple meditation/visualization/body scan was game changer. Why do people need to destroy a good thing?
