Cryptomator

★★★★★ Perfect encryption solution for multi device + cloud. I can encrypt and decrypt files in a Dropbox folder using any of my phones, and/or my PC, all using the same encrypted vault.

★★★★★ This has matured into a reliable and fit-for-purpose app. Works flawlessly on my Android device as a secondary means of accessing my encrypted files in OneDrive cloud. The Cryptomator desktop version works better than its rival, particularly on Linux. A great app, well done dev team!

★★★★★ Best privacy program for Gdrive, Dropbox OneDrive etc. I moved away from using Boxcryptor when they sold themselves to Dropbox and discovered this program. The Windows app is free and works flawlessly adding an extra drive letter where all your encrypted files are stored be it Gdrive, Dropbox, OneDrive and a few others. The app works well enough, but it needs file integration in android to be 100%. Otherwise, love it.

★★☆☆☆ Almost a year later and still no ability to use local storage. (Only downloads folder is accessible, seems to be missing "All files access" permission.)

★★☆☆☆ I guess I don't get it. Or, this app is entirely useless? I tried it out on my Debian desktop, and it does the job - create a vault, add files, files are encrypted and hidden with I close the vault and app. Perfect! None of this works in the mobile app. Desktop doesn't support any of the cloud providers that the mobile app does, and the mobile app seems unfinished. I would have been willing to support, if I could simply encrypt, share between devices via cloud, and hide files.
