My experience with Cube Smart has been exceptional from the very beginning, and I have to give major credit to Joe, who provided some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. Joe called me personally to remind me about my reservation, which showed me that he was attentive and genuinely committed to making sure everything went smoothly. From that first interaction, he was professional, friendly, patient, and he even took the time to show me my unit in the rain. # EXCEPTIONAL!

Not sure how you can charge a convenience fee when there's no other way to pay. Also every update the app logs you out and then doesn't notify you of payments due to they throw on a late fee. Autopay also adds on a "fee" this entire app and company is corrupt

This app used to keep me logged in, so when I got to my storage unit, I could just open the door to let my car in. Now you have to log in every time you open this stupid app. And I have to fumble for my email address and password every time I'm at the stupid gate. Worthless garbage app.
