My storage facility recently changed to this joke. And I can't talk to anyone. No chat, voicemail doesn't sound legit, and property managers don't have internet or are not available. What a joke. Can only talk to someone to rent a unit which they can't help.

Nothing is loading, it says that I have no payment methods on file and can't add any other ones, says that I have a balance even though my autopay has already been taken out of my bank account (although the Public Storage website itself is actually up-to-date, but the app is not).

Sometimes having a storage unit is necessary. (TAKE YOUR STUFF OUT ASAP) This company raises the rent every year until you cant afford it anymore. Then they sell your stuff, and even if they make back their money they will still say you owe them. THIS COMPANY IS A HUGE SCAM.
