I just want to say that I had something happen with my lock. So I Had to cut it off. Immediately that day, the facility was calling me. Let me just say that these people knew when I accessed my unit, and they also knew when my lot was cut immediately, unlike B And H storage, where everything I had was stolen and not one time did they try and get in contact with me. So I just think that public storage is awesome, and I appreciate them looking out.

Having a property manager as wonderful as Sabrina B. makes or breaks a tough situation. In my experience with Sabrina B. I couldn't be shocked! She is an absolute delight to get a call from, even if it isn't the best news! She is a straight shooter with a heart of gold. While I do not like paying such a high rate for a storage garage. I normally don't bother with reviews... but I felt like the wonderful Lady any at public storage in Goose Creek South Carolina of Red Bank Rd. deserves one! She went out of her way to help me out when she really didn't need to ... there was nothing in it for her, but she completely saved my day today. I had to be somewhere at a certain time and my phone was dead, so I wouldn't know when to be there had it not been for her! Thank you so much!!!!

Horrible app. It's very slow and lags when you try to get access to the building you're better off using a key and punching in your code manually. Currently errors out saying "not accepting new payment method" so can't pay my bill. But I'm still getting overdue alerts, and will be charged late fees!!! WTH? When you call you can't make a payment over the phone and have to go to the office. What happens if you travel for work??? This is a mess

Detroit to rent a storage unit for about 2 hours now left on the Memorial Day special, and I just want to get this done as you do know what is likely moving is not fun

The app only gives you access to the gate. When the elevators are out you can't use the stairs because you need an access code for that. The attendant is NEVER on site, and they never return calls on Norcross, GA.
