Wow. 7/17/2022 we opened up our storage unit. The 1st manager was a headache. Then we had to upgrade to a bigger unit and our bill keeps getting bigger I'm on disability. I gotta do something to downsize I guess. The only advantage right now is 24/7 access. But thr rents are just getting to outrageous. And for what? I go in every 2 or so months to try and pick through and downsize then cleaning one manager was going to call the police on me for loitering.

The app only gives you access to the gate. When the elevators are out you can't use the stairs because you need an access code for that. The attendant is NEVER on site, and they never return calls on Norcross, GA.

Horrible app. It's very slow and lags when you try to get access to the building you're better off using a key and punching in your code manually. Currently errors out saying "not accepting new payment method" so can't pay my bill. But I'm still getting overdue alerts, and will be charged late fees!!! WTH? When you call you can't make a payment over the phone and have to go to the office. What happens if you travel for work??? This is a mess
