Ok I don't appreciate your mistake now you threaten me with late charges and a lien I spoke with property manager I made payment on time you sent it back I asked why she said she does not know well I never received it back, so it's your mistake why don't you pay me a fee for pain and suffering I suppose I'm just supposed to eat that bill and pay it twice like I said you took payment on other storage why you sent payment back on $100 storage nobody can answer, but I did not get it back

My storage facility recently changed to this joke. And I can't talk to anyone. No chat, voicemail doesn't sound legit, and property managers don't have internet or are not available. What a joke. Can only talk to someone to rent a unit which they can't help.

You all need a way to hide inactive units. When trying to access doors at my current unit, I have to select it among past units. And when I select those old locations, they say I don't have security permissions… THEN WHY ARE YOU SHOWING THEM? Also, the app often doesn't show the list of doors I can access. Literally, when tapping the access icon on the main navigation bar, I'm greeted with a blank screen. It doesn't even show me the list of inactive units either. Often need to clear app storage.
