UPDATE - Feb '25 update has it working great! Thank you for continuing to improve the app. It works 30% of the time at opening my storage units gate. Half the time it doesn't even send a signal to open or close the gate. I put the phone right up to the windshield, I don't know if it uses Bluetooth or Wi-Fi

Horribly sluggish response over several "updates". The most recent "update" was actually a HUGE step in the wrong direction. Ie, it takes 20-30 seconds for the app to load, then the open command usually fails. Repeatedly. Why does it need location? Why not send a coded Wi-Fi that's only recognized by "my" storage facility? Make the app seamless to use. Surely someone on the team drives a Tesla?

Never opens the gate. Constant failed to send gate command error. The app is worthless if that function don't work.
