Hi there, I'm trying to pay my bill through mystorpal app, and it's telling me I have no internet connection. It has tried again button, and I click on it and still no internet connection. Think again because everything else on my phone works with internet but your app. Please fix ASAP!!! Left this message a few days ago and no response back from person who created this app.......

Terrible! I can't even view my account. It's prompting me to add a facility (which I already did), but then it just spins & spins for several minutes. Once it stops spinning & I type in my zip code, it spins for several more minutes & my facility never comes up. Super inconvenient when you don't have the gate code memorized & need to use the app to get it. Bottom line is that the app doesn't work. Don't bother downloading.
