Finally got it to work after talking to the office staff of the storage facility who told me you have to swipe to the right instead of press like you did on the old app, so I would recommend making it more clear that you have to swipe it. And I'd still recommend that you make the main icon easier to see because the black color is difficult to see if somebody is visually impaired. Perhaps inverting the current colors icon that sits on the phone screen

Keep losing access and can't add new codes without signing up for a new account. I have delegated access to two Big Yellow storage units. I receive two codes by text message (original code has been invalidated) and I have no way to input these codes into the app when logged in.

My RV is in a Storage Lot in Saint Louis Missouri. We never know if the App will open or close the gate to the storage lot. Today it worked, last week it didn't. Can't depend on it to work. I've complained to the lot manager, she says they were forced to switch to StorID. The previous App worked GREAT. This one is not reliable.

Unable to login. Easy Code credentials was supposed to work. Facility says they haven't been given info for new StorID.
