Won't let me update address or put in my email. I wasn't late. They charged me a late fee. Nobody has been there in a month. I leave messages for the manager to call me back and he doesn't. They said they would refund me but didn't. They advertise to use the truck, and you can't use it. RSHA the lady that works there is out sick. They must not have a replacement. This place will fall apart without her. No doubt! I'm moving ASAP!

App does not show amount due until it is already a day past due. Then you also get charged a late fee. Also, no way to pay bill in advance. Is this fraudulent? Are these app developers lazy and incompetent? Should these people be evicted and thrown out to live on the streets? Yes, yes, and yes.
