Great storage service! We had unexpected renovations and was able to pay for additional service last minute. It was so simple and easy I definitely recommend, storage units looked and smelled brand new, very clean!!!

The application has proven to be highly beneficial. While occasional issues may arise following software updates, the application generally functions effectively, I'd say I get 90% reliability in terms of gate access operations. Furthermore, the application facilitates bill payment, gate control, move-out notifications, and communication with management for inquiries and concerns. Overall, the application provides a valuable service when operational.

The app asked for the location code which I entered several times, and then it will just freeze up. After many attempts I have no choice but to just give up on this thing. This is a horrible app and a big waste of all my time!

So got a late fee cause app did not work, and they don't seem to understand it doesn't always work it doesn't save information, and it makes it hard when you try and pay this is one of the worst apps I have used to try and pay bills

Crashes frequently. Phone says it has a bug. Once it starts it's completely borked and there is no recovery. You have to delete and re-install.
