The units shown in the app doesn't reflect the reality in any shape or form. The experience contacting their customer support before doing a payment is positive but with no surprises after the full payment is done they are just rude and careless ! I don't recommend using them.

Such a waste of time. The team is not responsive, there is no way to contact the owners to ask about anything and when we post comments it takes forever to be approved by the app to be published so the owner can reply. The whole process is exhausting and boring. Also, I need to sign in every time I use the app which is also ridiculous. I'm sure there's a way to keep me signed in and not repeat the whole process a million times. Finally, reservation stayed unconfirmed for 2 days without response.

What's the use of this app if I couldn't contact with any owner with a phone number or anything, it's not responsive at all no one answer your questions, just a loose of time really!!
