The app is good for finding places, but it's not good after booking a property. Their customer service is truly horrible. Don't compare it to Airbnb's service. We had an issue with a property in Quriyat, Oman. We booked for two nights and left the property after one night due to bed bugs, spiders, and cockroaches. It was not suitable to stay there for one more night. We mentioned this to the owner of the property, but received no help from them or from the Masarrah app. HORRIBLE service.

Very bad customer service.... I had to change my booking dates, I sent a message and called multiple times the customer service read my messages but did not reply even after me literally writing that this is not good, and he should reply, sadly the person hadling there customer service chose to ignore it. I called the property owner and requested him to change the dates, he told me call the application. You will be lucky if they agree. Poor service and a scam.
