I was a big user of the first Otologic mobile app, and this version blows the first version out of the water. For starters, it's much quicker and more responsive. All the data seems to load much faster. I'm impressed how fast my gates open too. Both sites I operate are accessible through the app, and it really only takes 2 clicks to switch sites. So far I love it!!

The top of this app encroaches on my device's status bar on my Pixel 10. This makes the cheeseburger menu inaccessible, which makes the app pretty much useless for me. I tried sending an email to the developer address listed here in the play store, but it's apparently not a valid email address. I tried calling the customer support phone number, but I can't even get past the first step in the phone tree without an account number that I don't have because I'm not the facility owner.
