Easy access, user-friendly, really appreciate the app but what is next, it would be nice to be able to control other routers connected to the network, like cameras, and smart devices, with top encryption 🔐 keys, let's go make it happen, doesn't help we have an ezviz log, but you can't access it via app, make it possible to access Mikrotik, uplink, Denon, and smart devices

Router Details: Firmware Version: 2.4.19 Model: Cudy M1300 V2; Issues: Remote user blocking is not working properly. When accessing remotely, disabling Internet from: 01. Clients > Select Device > Turn Off “Internet” toggle does not block the user. 02. Similarly, Parental Control > Select Profile > Pause Internet also fails remotely. This is a critical feature and must work reliably. Please fix this urgently, as remote management is unusable without proper user blocking functionality.

Got a BE3600 3 device mesh system to replace my old mesh. This is about the app Gives quite a bit of control over the system, although I found the navigation not intuitive. Most of what you want to do and know can all be done in the app, the remote facility can be useful. After some use decided to knock it down 3 stars as it is slow or just does not show what devices are downloading data. Quite frankly, the hardware good, app rubbish

How about allowing WISP to connect and watchdog the VPN to reconnect each time WISP connects to any new Wi-Fi. Also there should be an option to enable WISP to choose which Wi-Fi bands to prefer.at the moment each time the captive portal to public Wi-Fi is connected, you have to manually enter the web management to disable, login public captive portal and then re-enable the VPN to have Internet. Otherwise you're hung out to dry.

Very bad service 🤮. I use Cudy Lt400. The router is not saved in the app. I have to log in again and again. Every time I enter the app, I have to log in with a new admin password, which is annoying. I have used routers of other brands. But they are saved once you log in to the app, you don't have to log in again and again. Moreover, another big problem here is that after entering the admin password, the login button is at the bottom. This means that after entering the password, you cannot log in
