CUE Safari

CUE Safari is the app your safari camp gives you for your stay. Your itinerary,
your bookings and your camp team, in one place — instead of a group chat and a
printed schedule.

CUE stands for Creating Unparalleled Experiences, and that is the whole idea: the
camp already knows how to look after you beautifully. This is where that happens
without anyone having to chase a WhatsApp thread.

NOTE: CUE Safari is provided by your camp. Accounts are created by the property
for guests with a booking — there is no public sign-up. If your camp uses CUE
Safari, they will send you an invitation before you travel.

(1) BEFORE YOU ARRIVE
• See your stay — your dates, your tent, and the team looking after you.
• Tell the camp what matters — dietary needs, allergies, the occasion you are
celebrating — once, so nobody has to ask you twice.

(2) YOUR DAY, PLANNED
• Your itinerary, day by day, with everything already booked in one timeline.
• Book a game drive at the time you want, and see which vehicle is yours.
• Reserve a table for tonight's sitting, and read the chef's menu before you go.
• Book a spa treatment without walking down to the front desk.

(3) DURING YOUR STAY
• Message your camp team directly — one thread that reaches the people looking
after you, not a personal phone number that changes at shift change.
• Ask for anything and watch it happen. Requests appear as live cards in the
conversation, so you can see what is in hand and what is done.
• Read tonight's menu, the camp's story, opening hours and everything else you
would otherwise have to ask for.

(4) AT THE CAMP
• Browse the camp's dining venues, its spa treatments and its game drives, with
real availability from the camp's own schedule.
• Meet the team — the people looking after you, by name.

FOR CAMPS AND LODGES
CUE Safari is a complete guest-service platform. Camps run it from a web
dashboard: guests in residence, requests, reservations, messages and the day's
schedule in one place. To see it on your own property, write to
aksurya08@gmail.com or visit cuesafari.com.
