New interface clean, works well. I appreciate expiring points warning on Pay page, but gets jumbled with scrolling part of page. Needs after-the-fact tipping option. OLD: Updating app left it in broken state: Reload/Menu/Pay menu items and Pay button caused application error, home page showed -1 rewards available, and three reward points sections, all wrong. Clearing cache/data didn't work; uninstalling/rebooting/reinstalling did. Unintuitive update process, but all good after logging back in.

Lost count of how many times you never get bonus points that they advertise. Doesn't matter how long you wait, they aren't showing up. You cannot get a hold of anyone to let them know that the app isn't working. Also, the support tab and the contact feature on the app don't work either.

Worked great for a long time then now it didn't scan. , my auto-pay was off and now shows no card on file, I cannot add back in (no permission to access resource) and I cannot do anything on the app, it won't let me change password etc.
