Love News fix but app sucks; videos don't work

Super disappointed. Videos don't play for me. I can read the news anywhere. I get several separate notifications for different stories, but when I click on them, it always goes to a general news page. Then, I have to search for the actual article that originally caught my attention from notification bar. My favorite news channel on television, but my least favorite News app. I would love for them to work out the kinks, so I can try it again later.

Videos won't play anymore. I try to watch a video, but I told to download player. Also, notifications on the lock screen, when tapped, don't take me straight to the news article.
