It keeps telling me there is a bug in the app and won't open anymore. Even if I uninstall and reinstall it.

Your app is trash. I can't crate a password that I can remember so every month I have to make a new one. I tried saving information on my phone using thumbprint then won't let me log in for security reasons you try your hardest to make me late on my loan payment
