Great for following stats during games. I also use the apps to access my game tickets which they can scan from your phone. And of course the live and on demand Cyclones TV is great. Handy to have all this in one app with a clean interface. It's a must-have for Cyclone fans.

App sometimes tells me my username and password are incorrect, but then I can log on to the web version just fine. I've also had the app tell me I don't have tickets when I do, so I have to go into the web version to find them.

App worked great last season now I can't load, it just flashes a red screen then crashes.

The ticketing feature NEVER WORKS! It is impossible to pull up tickets at any point. The "My tickets in parking" menu doesn't actually load and the "mobile web version" which takes you to a browser version of the ticket menu (which makes no sense why this exists I'M ALREADY ON A MOBILE APP) also doesn't work on Firefox. It claims I'm a bot and won't let me sign in. Ticketmaster still lives up to its name as one of the worst ticketing platforms on the Internet. Fix your horrible app.
