So okay, the app has improved a lot in the 4 years since we got our Enya. Now it's about where it should have been from the start 4 years ago. We finally got a trip history with consumption data. But, come on, why can't we flip a setting so that we can see consumption as km per kWh, rather than kWh per 100 km? That last metric is almost exclusively used in Germany, and nowhere else.

The app is easy enough to use, and the layout is good. Škoda keeps adding useful things like trip data for example. I'm not sure if it's my car or the app, but I've never been able to use the remote park assist, sometimes it would connect but never moved the car and now just says sorry, unable to connect to your mobile device. Please try again later.

Downloaded to use with my Enya. Set up an account, but to register my car it asks for an S PIN which isn't part of set up. Try to use the Forgot my S PIN option to set one and consistently get a connection issue warning - every time I try. This should be simple. Its very disappointing

New Enya <500 km. The app lost link with the car and can't be re-paired. Hangs on "Loading Users" screen. Škoda digital support confirmed that is an enrollment issue on their side, not my phone/account. A dealer visit fixed SOS/call, but not the user function. I'm told several days are needed for fix. For a car this new with software issues this is preposterous. Everything a connected car promises is BEHIND this pairing step. Edit @skoda: I'm sorry that I was not clear, support was contacted.

Not great. The app is slow. Amending a charging level takes way too long and sometimes simply times out. Random "charging will not start" errors with an explanation of a temporary connection issue. After that the car then simply doesn't charge. No automatic retries. Connection from app to servers and back seem too slow. When heating the car, the rear seats don't heat. No idea why this isn't enabled. It is a family car. Really not great.

Needs work. Menu items disappear and reappear in a way that doesn't make sense (e.g. charging mode selection) and more importantly - charging mode switches to immediate by itself. This costs the user money!
