The app is easy enough to use, and the layout is good. Škoda keeps adding useful things like trip data for example. I'm not sure if it's my car or the app, but I've never been able to use the remote park assist, sometimes it would connect but never moved the car and now just says sorry, unable to connect to your mobile device. Please try again later.

I like how Škoda are constantly updating the app. However are they looking to apply an option of opening and closing the windows which is a useful thing to have. Not sure I'll be using the camping mode, but I'm sure some will.

New Enya <500 km. The app lost link with the car and can't be re-paired. Hangs on "Loading Users" screen. Škoda digital support confirmed that is an enrollment issue on their side, not my phone/account. A dealer visit fixed SOS/call, but not the user function. I'm told several days are needed for fix. For a car this new with software issues this is preposterous. Everything a connected car promises is BEHIND this pairing step. Edit @skoda: I'm sorry that I was not clear, support was contacted.

The car itself might be good, but the Skoda app is... Paying a mandatory subscription for basic, broken software feels like a scam. The app is painfully slow, constantly fails to connect, and the charging data is so amateurish it looks like a first-grader designed it. Uploads fail all the time. Crucial safety features like checking if the doors are locked should be permanent, not paywalled. Furthermore, there are zero live readings. etc. is missing. Why would I pay it the software not great
