Cannot upgrade account, error about IC. So the app becomes pointless. Contacted customer service via WhatsApp, they kept on sending the same script over and over again which did not solve the issue at all. They will probably use a script to reply to my review too, about upgrading to premium but what they don't seem to understand is that everyone Can't UPGRADE!!
