Good app, user-friendly, only one issue if account is dormant then we cannot remove dormant status only, we have to visit connect agent, and they charge 300 rupees. This is digital to account and should not be agent dependent. If dependent upon agent then agent service charges should be monitored strictly.

I have opened connect application after a long time to use it, and I have sent some amount in it for transaction but struck due to dormant account. I have contacted helpline, they said to do biometric for functional account. But I have not found connect agent anywhere. Is it not possible to biometric in application or tell me other solution because my amount have struck in connect wallet.

12.6 version jo 7 may ko update aya hai wo beqaar hai. Is se pehle wala update Riyadh best tha. 1) show balance per click karo tu kafi late show hota hai. 2) jab kisi ko payment send karte waqat amount type karte thy tab wo kite balance hai wo show karta tha ab wo show nahi hota hai baar home screen per ja kar dekhna parta hai. 3) jab fund transfer per click karo tu All, and Favorite ka option hai. Yahan per categories kar dain like All, Fav., within Connect, HBL, Other Bank, Wallet Acc.
