HBL Connect is a very good app, easy registration, easy fund transfer, fund receipt. I registered four or five months ago and created an account. Later, I changed my mobile phone. Now My fingerprint is not 🚫 verify in HBL Connect app. Whenever I try biometric,"We are unable to verify your identity". I have called the helpline and emailed about this issue, but the issue has not been resolved yet.

I'm very disappointed from HBL bank and HBl connect app very bad service No response from any HBL branch my account is dormant from last 6 months without any reason and my salary is stuck in my account from last 6 months and No manager and No HBl connect agent solve my problem so please no one can use this banking system
