HBL Connect is a very good app, easy registration, easy fund transfer, fund receipt. I registered four or five months ago and created an account. Later, I changed my mobile phone. Now My fingerprint is not 🚫 verify in HBL Connect app. Whenever I try biometric,"We are unable to verify your identity". I have called the helpline and emailed about this issue, but the issue has not been resolved yet.

It was a good app, while their customer helpline was already failing and WhatsApp bot was already on the verge of collapsing... now this new update has completely shut me out I have been trying to open the app for 3 hours now... while the new app was working fine till yesterday, but now it's not working and I can even connect with helpline, and getting no response from WhatsApp bot... so a fail bank with fail service

I'm very disappointed from HBL bank and HBl connect app very bad service No response from any HBL branch my account is dormant from last 6 months without any reason and my salary is stuck in my account from last 6 months and No manager and No HBl connect agent solve my problem so please no one can use this banking system
