They have mixed both HBL connect and HBL Mobile app now I am not able to log in to my HBL connect as I am also user of HBL mobile

It was a good app, while their customer helpline was already failing and WhatsApp bot was already on the verge of collapsing... now this new update has completely shut me out I have been trying to open the app for 3 hours now... while the new app was working fine till yesterday, but now it's not working and I can even connect with helpline, and getting no response from WhatsApp bot... so a fail bank with fail service
