To use HBL Mobile securely, please follow the steps below: Open Settings > Use the search bar and type "Display over other apps/Appear on top" > Open the option and turn off this permission for all apps. I do not know how this debit/credit card was issued in my name. Since the date of its issuance, I have called the HBL helpline multiple times requesting the permanent blocking of the card and the issuance of a No Objection Certificate (NOC). However, to date, the credit card loan is still showing as active against my account. I have never activated or used this card. I urgently require an NOC confirming that no credit card loan or outstanding liability is pending against my account along with NOC

I am a HBL user, but this app has a big issue. Me and my several friends had faced this problem in which we send money and the money deducted from our account, but the receiver couldn't receive the money and when we contact the help line the asked the money will get back within 24 hours, but now it is about 5th day of my transaction, but the cash not come back and also received has not received. Same as my friend has faced this problem two times I request to solve this problem. Very bad experience.

Not satisfied I am very disappointed with your services. My account has been having problems for the last six months, and now it has not been able to open at all for 10–15 days. I have also sent a complaint email to the customer service and launched the complaint again and again, but there has been no positive response.
