Every thing is fine, but I have also opt the ready cash, but it is not ready it creates problems for everywhere nowadays these service is unavailable for unknown reason. When you call for ready cash services in callcentre then not providing proper information. I recommend you not to opt the service of Ready Cash

When changing mailing address, the app requires OTP, although OTP is being received on the same mobile, but there is no way to enter OTP, the field is either disabled or there might be a glitch, contacted HBL support multiple times but no resolution.

I am unable to login into this new version of HBL App. Visited branch, complained about the issue. But it has been 2 weeks I am unable to login. Kindly resolve this issue. Whenever I try to log in this message appears on screen Attention: Your Login ID and Password We have upgraded our system. You can now access both your Branch and Connect accounts in the same Mobile App. Now onwards, please use your HBL Mobile Login ID and Password to login into HBL Connect App as well.
