Over all, it is good app, but we are facing one problem of updating our mailing address to get or receive cards. Means if we update the address app says that address is updated but after some time the address is same as the old one.

Previous version is way better and easy to use, but this new update new interface 👎 is not as good as the previous one. It's lagging. Kindly give the option to stay on the same app version rather than we have to update and then use it. If u don't update, u can't use it 😤

No messages I'm getting for transact transactions are not updated in app and very un responsive how come a bank make its app unavailable of 3 of month and no one have any answer account numbers changed without info of customer

I recently opened an account at HBL and received my debit card at my home today. I am trying to register for the first time on the HBL mobile app to access online banking, but I am unable to complete the registration. Whenever I sign up and enter my CNIC number and proceed, the app displays the following message: “We cannot verify your account details. Please contact HBL Helpline.” I have contacted the HBL Helpline several times, and I was advised to email the HBL team regarding this
