Bank Al Habit is a very good bank. I had been using Bank Al Habit for many years, but then I thought, why not open an account with HBL too? So, I opened a Roshan Digital Account with HBL. I was never informed that there would be any charges for this; I assumed there were no charges, just like my experience with Bank Al Habit.

I'm placed an order feom HBL call center, and they deducted amount feom my account, but they cancelled the order without notified me now its 20 days they not return my amount and not communication feom their side when I called to customer care they said wait.

This bank is really bad, it keeps humiliating its customers. I paid my credit card amount which got deducted from my debit card, but it's still showing on the credit card. I've called 3 times and the same issue is still going on.

Keeps running in the background, consumes 25% of my phone battery doing who knows what. Raises security concerns. Has someone put a backdoor channel in the app? HBL needs to urgently review and update the app.
