Reliable, fast and secure. I moved from UK to Somaliland. Good customer service, solve problem quick. There is no other remittance reliable as dahabshiil. I am very disappointed with Dahabshiil’s service. I uploaded all my documents, but my account stayed in “review,” and I couldn’t send any money. This shows the system is not reliable. Remit Tell and Juba verify my documents immediately, and I transfer money without any problems. Because Dahabshiil failed to do the same, I no longer trust or want to use your service.

The service is highly inconsistent: transfers sometimes arrive instantly, but other times they take several days or even a week. Customer support is poor, chat responses are slow, different agents handle the same case, and they keep asking the same questions all over again. In one case, they held my money for two weeks and then refunded it with a generic ‘technical issues’ explanation, which was frustrating and unprofessional
