Comments on Dahabshiil App for Android

★★★★★ Nasir Hassan · Aug 17, 2026

Reliable, fast and secure. I moved from UK to Somaliland. Good customer service, solve problem quick. There is no other remittance reliable as dahabshiil. The only think I can change is the free problem zero fees I receive is from Kenya, and I am in Somaliland Vargas. Cannot use. But its extra free think

★★★★☆ Rahman Shamimer · Nov 24, 2025

Dahabshiil good and easy money transfer app from Europe, but I did send for Bangladesh it's always said send for credit. Maybe I need waiting 3 business days. It's ok thank you dahabshiil.

★☆☆☆☆ Daniel Hagos Berhe · Aug 5, 2026

I used to send with Dahabshiil. But my last experience is terrible. I think Dahabshiil is a scam. They didn't transfer the money I send. I recommended not anyone to use it. A money not used in time is useless. I have made chats with HUD, Animalia, Mohamed,Rose and Munira. But nothing happened. Worst communication ever. Please don't use dahabshiil.

I PROMISE YOU THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND KEPT IT FOR 3 DAYS AND MY FAMILY NEVER RECEIVED THE MONEY. I CLOSED MY ACCOUNT BE CARFUL

★☆☆☆☆ mengistu Ayele · Jul 8, 2026

Your customer service is the worst I have experienced. The support team lacks knowledge and problem-solving skills. Five days ago, I made three different overseas transfers. While my app dashboard shows the status as 'Paid' for all three, none of the recipients have received the money. The support team has offered absolutely no solution.
