You have to constantly contact them, so they can release payments. Very slow process, I might try another provider after this. (This is the day after I have sent in my bank details, and payment has been cleared for a previous transaction).

I’ve had a terrible experience using the Talk Remit app. The money transfer process is slow and unreliable, and the customer service is even worse. I contacted support multiple times regarding a delayed transaction, and they were either unhelpful or didn’t respond at all. They provide no real-time assistance, and their answers are generic and dismissive. It’s very frustrating when your money is involved, and you can’t get clear updates. I expected a lot more professionalism.

The worst and poor money transfer I have ever experienced. Sent the money, and it didn't reach the destination, after I provided my ID it took them 4 hours asking so many unnecessary questions instead of completing my transaction. I ended up asking for a refund, only to be told I have to wait for 5 days. Such a scam of money transfer. The most horrible Money Transfer. I urge anyone who want to use this service NOT to try at all. They are a scam, and I have the worst 👎 experience with it. Crooks!
