Hi daily Heinz I like the idea behind Daily Heinz because learning Chinese characters from your lock screen is a creative concept. Seeing a character with its pronunciation and meaning during the day seems like a great way to remember them. However, as a young learner I cannot afford the subscription. Important features like the lock-screen widget and flashcards require payment. It would be helpful if there were more free features or a student option. I’d really love to keep using this app.

No customer support, don't even bother. I saw this on Instagram and decided to give it a shot. It was good at first until I switched to Android. They told me that I would have to pay again to access what I had already paid for. Naturally, I contacted them via email. There was no response after a week. I emailed again, but still no response. A waste of £30, it's just a money grab, and they don't care about you or your Mandarin learning journey. I've also noticed that they don't even reply to

Couldn't even use or get to the home screen its gatekeeping the whole app. Could've made clear that even the smallest entry needs a subscription
