Trying to buy permanent ad removal and transaction keeps getting declined. I even tried adding more payment methods.

I bought the permanent plan. But when I switched to a newer phone. Logged in, it worked as expected, without ads. But after a while, I started seeing ads, and my plan doesn't show anymore. I contacted you via email for help via email (a month or sow, now), and no response so far. Don't buy. Edit: yes, I'm logged in with the same account that had the plan.
