Location is not always accurate, other than that the experience is good

Really ecological way to travel and pocket friendly
★★★★☆Lorenzo Teofili· Aug 21, 2026
This is a great service. It helped me in finding carpoolers on my route to work. However, rarely there are some random bugs, like for instance the impossibility to see a booked trip on the time plan. This is the reason why I am giving 4 and not 5 stars.

I enjoy BlaBlaCar app because it is faster and reliable
★☆☆☆☆Kian Nazeryan· Nov 12, 2025
What is wrong with this App? Same as other BlaBlaCar app. While I use the website until now and works well, but the app is just terrible. I can't log in to my account, it's not possible to change language (only French), not possible to make new account. It just doesn't work. What's wrong with you people in development team? Do you take all of you a long vacation? So many users are sharing their frustration, don't you care?
★☆☆☆☆Paula De La Torre· Sep 12, 2024
App is stuck in infinite loading loop, therefore none of the search functions work.
★★☆☆☆G Anis· Dec 11, 2023
There many things that are required for the app to be "functional": - stop spamming localization requests while I didn't start a ride yet. - messaging is terrible. Between the missed notifications and the unreliability to send/receive a message, the app forces us to use other means of communication. - mange your activities correctly. Why do I have browsed drivers, leave and browse again? Every activity is unreliable. I have not been a driver, so I can't tell you what they see.
