I'm not able to log in to app. I have been trying since 2-3 days now. Looking at website now I don't see any reference of ride-share, looks like scoop has pivoted to different business now. How can I log in and transfer any account balance out of app.

Never worked for me. The app doesn't show the rides and schedules that I currently have. It only has a button to see profile. I can schedule a ride but not cancel it. Wow.

Bad matching algo. Matches me with people who are 20 minutes far and not on the way and shows the distance as 5 minutes.
