The matching algorithm is awful. The whole reason for me to use the app is to use the hov lane on the highway. But instead of matching me with someone in the neighborhood, it keeps matching me with someone closer to my destination. I stopped using it before, and now I remember why I didn't use it. Won't be using this regularly.

This app is so confusing to me, I could not see any option where I can put my office address (its just giving me few list of random addresses). I am not seeing Trips option where I could find carpool, I tried ios app for scoop which was very different and easy to use. I tried contacting live chat for support, but they always give me the same link which does not help to answer my questions. Can someone please help me on how to get the rides?

Utterly unreliable! I can never get a ride even with 1 hr long pick-up window during peak commute in San Francisco! I get a ride credit then, which expires unused in a week without a matched ride. If rarely I get matched, I can never trust it as they send drivers up to 20 minute out of their ways for pickup (40 min longer commute) causing last minute cancelations and me scrambling to find a way to get to work. And I have to wait until my bedtime to see if I got a ride in the morning! No, thanks!

Never worked for me. The app doesn't show the rides and schedules that I currently have. It only has a button to see profile. I can schedule a ride but not cancel it. Wow.
